Admin: audit log
Review recent workspace changes to bookmarks, folders, tags, teams, and members from the Admin audit log.
What this is for
Audit log lists recent changes so administrators can see who did what and when. The screen matches the in-app description: recent changes to bookmarks, folders, tags, teams, and members.
Before you start
- You need access to Admin (see Workspace admin overview).
- Self-hosted deployments list Audit log for every workspace admin. On the hosted product, availability depends on plan—see Admin: audit log (Cloud).
How to open Audit log
In the sidebar under Admin, choose Audit log.
What you see
The page shows a table with these columns (same labels as in the app):
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Time | When the event was recorded. |
| Actor | Who performed the action. |
| Action | What happened (for example create, update, or delete). |
| Entity | What type of thing was affected. |
| Details | Extra context for the event, when available. |
If nothing has been logged yet, you see No audit events yet.
Load older events
At the bottom of the list, use Load more to fetch the next page of events. While data is loading, the control shows the same loading state as elsewhere in the app.
If loading fails
If the log cannot be loaded, the app shows an error message. Retry after a moment; if the problem continues, check that your account still has admin access and that the server is reachable.
Cloud differences
On SlugBase Cloud, the audit log is only available on the Team plan (and only after plan information has finished loading). See Audit log (Cloud) for hosted-product detail.
